Typical Applications Methods

Typical Applications Methods

Application Method 1: Mix with Soil Then Compact

For Permanent Heavy Weight Traffic Area Requirements the following steps will be implemented:

1. Grade, contour and compact the soil to final elevations.
2. Till soil to the specified depth of treatment with a roto-tiller.
3. Spraythe required amount of properly diluted Soil Stabilizer onto the loose soil
4. Till the soil again to thoroughly mix soil and Soil Stabilizer.
5. Re-compact the soil with a steel drum roller.
6. Spray the required amount of properly diluted Soil Stabilizer onto the compact soil surface.
7. Allow the soil to dry.

Application Method 2: Spray Soil Stabilizer onto previously Compacted Soil,                Let it dry.

For Temporary light Weight Traffic Area Requirements the following steps will be implemented:

1. Grade, contour and compact the soil to final elevations.
2. Spray the required amount of properly diluted Soil Stabilizer onto the compact soil surface.
3. Do not allow the soil to dry.
4. Spraythe required amount of properly diluted Soil Stabilizer onto the treated soil surface.
5. Allow the soil to dry.

Application Method 3: Spray Soil Stabilizer onto existing Soil.

For Short-Term to Long-Term Non-Traffic Area Requirements for the Following:

  • Windblown Dust Prevention
  • Erosion Prevention
    • Trap & Bunker Lining
    • Mud Prevention

For the above mentioned purposes the following steps will be considered:

1. Spray the required amount of properly diluted Soil Stabilizer onto the existing soil.
2. Do not allow the soil to dry.
3. Spray the required amount of properly diluted Soil Stabilizer onto the existing soil.
4. Allow the soil to dry.
